Individual/Private lessons:

We offer individual technical instruction. Hone in on a specific area of your game for rapid technical, tactical, and strategic improvement. This is the fastest way to improve your tennis. Suitable for: beginners, intermediates and advanced tournament players.
Junior Squads:

The junior squads coincide with the school term throughout the year. This is a cost effective and structured way of developing your child or teenagers tennis. There are themed areas for improvement. We use the LTA tennis framework as a guide for the junior squads but consider players on ability, not just age when selecting their squad.


Fun Clubs:

Children between 5-10 years can get stuck in to the exciting world of tennis! This smaller courts, nets, and rackets as well as lower bouncing balls using the LTA mini tennis framework offers the perfect introduction to the sport, with all the fun and energy of the real thing. These stages help mini players develop their skills at a pace to suit them.

Mini Red: Ideal for 5-8 year olds.

Learn to serve, rally and score with a slow red ball. They learn movement and coordination skills needed for tennis.

Mini Orange: Ideal for 8-9 year olds.

Develop a rounded game, learning a range of techniques and tactics and aiming to become more consistent and accurate. Players use tie break scoring to play matches. The courts are bigger than the red stage but smaller than a full sized court.

Teen green/yellow:

They play on full sized courts and have a mixture of drills (which help develop certain shots), match play to put their training into practice, and games within the session.


Adult Coaching:

We teach the fundamentals of all strokes and how to become a better all round player either competitively or socially in a club session environment. We use a mix of drills, practice skills, strategy sessions and match play. If you are new to tennis and feeling apprehensive then don’t worry, as we will have you feeling confident and having fun before you know it!


Performance Coaching:

Competing tournament players looking for the edge. Looking at refining stroke mechanics, tournament tactics, and a better mental approach to your tennis for getting results!
